I just received your letter today and note all information you have nicely chronicled. I came back from Chhattisgarh on 21st July.
The camp at Ambikapur was very nice. The whole town flocked and even hundreds met me throughout the day and evening. The local paper covered every lecture in details daily even in front page and added features on the Mahamandal. The local radio interviewed me for full half an hour.
The place is very nice , but the journey was very tiring. The road is very bad the distance also very long. On way back I halted at Bhilai for two days. Many met me there also besides Mahamandal and Sarda Nari Sangathan members.
What you have decided about Jani Bigha School is quite correct. Jai Prakash should abide by your suggestions. He also sent a report but these things are not mentioned there. You wanted to know if they may coach some girls for I.A. exams. Yes they can, but should be careful about their behavior.
When the notice for the award came there was no time to wait. Others could not find any suitable candidate. From a report sent by Jai Prakash I immediately send the recommendation before the last date. Otherwise nobody would have got it.
Dhaneshwar and others perhaps went away elsewhere and Jai Prakash was running the Show. A school cannot get the award. Nobody should grudge. It was a sort of recognition of the Mahamandal and not just an individual , though only individuals are given the awards .
Jai Prakash should not leave. If you think the arrangement will work , let it go. Finally you have to decide. From here I cannot assess the whole situation correctly.
Jitendra wrote a letter to me after he was transferred .I wrote back. He has not contacted after that .
I am happy to find the calmness in you now. See how your unit works well.
Have you thought of translating ' Jivan Gara ' and 'Neti Theke Iti' ? I think these have no Hindi versions yet.

Your letter dated [26/6] came to me today just after one month. I don't know when it was posted. I was very sorry to know from the letter how you are passing through difficulties in respect of your business.
It is good to analyse one's character , but in the present atmosphere, where there is no character in anybody in society how much can you do by improving your own character . That may at best give you strength to absorb the shock in the society gives you and to fight as best as you can.
In this circumstances I understand why you could not do anything regarding the Book Fair at Dhanbad.
Do not try to get rid of problems just calling them illusions. So long as we are in the world we have to go with Maya . Here you cannot throw away your Ego from the Real Self.That is for the aspirants of going beyond the pale (सीमा) of Maya.
It is good that you are getting good results from the practices you are doing. But by that all difficulties cannot always be overcome. For them you are to apply practical methods which work in the society we live in.
Poise and perseverance are indeed necessary. Fight tenaciously (নাছোড়বান্দা হইয়া) and will win the battle in end .
Such difficulties cannot be just wished away. Think of difficulties Thakur , Ma and Swamiji also had to go through. Never allow the heart to breakdown. Have faith in your ability and strength aroused. No despondency. But keep in touch with me, and not keep silent for long periods .
Get the remaining Hindi books printed as early as possible --1000 copies each for the present. Let me know the cost . I will send Bank Drafts. May I send them in your name payable at "Jhumri Telaiya " ? or what ? The bill must be in the name of A.B.V.Y.M , Calcutta and not Jhumrit Telaiya as in the revised bill you have sent.

The Bengali editorial of July 2002 issue ( Annual No) of " Vivek - Jivan " may be translated into Hindi and a booklet be made at least before the next All India Camp.
